K-9 Catholic School Coming to Rivers Edge
The Alberta Government has provided full construction funding for a new Catholic K-9 school in Rivers Edge. This school has also qualified for the School Construction Accelerator Program, which allows for fast-tracking new school construction. The anticipated opening for St. Patrick Catholic Elementary/Junior High is Fall of 2028.
The site is also zoned for a public school. On their three-year capital plan, Edmonton Public Schools has identified the Rivers Edge K-9 school as the third top priority for construction. More information can be found here.
